Dumping In Bin Sheds

Dear Members and Residents,

There has been an ongoing issue with household waste being dumped on the floor of the bin shed beside Le Hunt House.

In recent months the residents association have had a number of conversations and meetings with the managing agents about the issue and we requested that CCTV be installed and the codes on the door changed.

We are pleased to confirm that CCTV has been installed in the bin shed.

The bin shed is now monitored 24/7

Please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.

Household waste should be placed in the red bins and recycling materials in the green bins.

Other items (furniture, mattresses, toys etc) are not permitted in the bin sheds and should be brought to the dump in Ballyogan.

Kind regards,

Residents Association Committee
