Following several inquiries regarding ongoing construction in our community, we have compiled the latest information on key residential sites in the surrounding area.

Brennanstown Road (Former Doyles Nursery)

This development, managed by Marlet, features a total of 234 units, comprising 222 apartments and 12 duplexes. The site includes provision for 194 car parking spaces.

Status: The development was purchased in its entirety by the Land Development Agency (LDA).

Purpose: It is designated for the Cost Rental Programme, which provides long-term housing at below-market rates for households with an annual income below €66,000 (Dublin threshold).

Timeline: Completion is currently projected for late 2027.

Ard Valley, Old Bray Road

Developed by Neville Homes, this project delivers 72 new dwellings.

The mix includes 46 apartments (ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms) housed within two buildings of 3–5 storeys.

Key Amenities: 103 parking spaces (32 semi-basement and 71 surface), 109 bicycle parking spots, and a new pedestrian link to the linear park adjacent to Cabinteely Stream.

Timeline: These homes are expected to be released to the market in the coming weeks.

The Glen, Brides Glen Road

The Glen is a substantial scheme delivering 342 residential units.

This development offers a diverse range of housing types, including 189 apartments, 28 duplexes, 60 triplexes, and 65 houses (2, 3, and 4-bedroom options).

Timeline: The first phase is nearing completion and is scheduled for market release in Spring 2026.
