Saturday, 3rd February 2024 is the first Saturday of the month which is the day on which the Residents Association organises our monthly clean-up hour of planting, weeding, sweeping, tidying etc. In the Tidy Districts Competition last year we got a poor mark for Community Participation as typically only 5 or 6 people turn up to help (2%). Cabinteely Greenway comes closer to Brennanstown

December 2024 – update on previous post below. We attended the Nov 30 2023 pre-design consultation meeting on the proposed greenway between Cherrywood and Cornelscourt. We expressed our overall preference that the greenway should be constructed on the far side of the stream (Old Bray Road side). This was referred to as the ‘yellow’ route. Free days for recycling mattresses and disposal of hazardous waste

The free Mattress Recycling Collection Day at Ballyogan Recycling Park will take place on Saturday, 23rd of September 2023 from 09.30am to 5.30pm. A maximum of 2 mattresses are permitted per person.
