Since the Brennanstown Residents Association was established in 2019, we have worked to maintain and enhance the quality of life in our community.
We are very proud of Brennanstown and our committee and volunteers work on behalf of all residents to ensure that the area continues as a beautiful and safe place to live.
The aims of the Association are:
a) To protect, maintain and improve conditions and amenities in the area for the benefit of members and their families.
b) To encourage community and social interaction for the benefit of members and their families.
c) To improve communication between neighbours.
Your annual subscription is vital to the success of the residents association and in turn, you,
the residents living in the development.
Each year your subscription helps to fund the following…
● The purchase of plants, flowers and equipment for our regular clean up and weeding days
● The Residents Association website
● Our Summer BBQ
● Insurance
In 2022 we won two Tidy District Awards from Dun Laoghaire County Council!
In 2021 we funded the purchase of two picnic tables in The Square
The subscription per household is €25 per annum.
The membership year runs from 1st February to 31st January. The subscription was approved by the members at the AGM on January 24th 2023.
Membership is open to all residents of Brennanstown.
