Brennanstown is managed on a day to day basis by O’Dwyer Real Estate Management – ODREM – (the managing agents) on behalf of the Brennanstown Owners’ Management Company (OMC).

(Note the Brennanstown Residents Association is separate and distinct from both ODREM and the OMC. The Residents Association attends to the ‘softer and social’ aspects such as organings clean-up days, coffee mornings, planting new flowers etc.

The directors of the OMC are elected at their AGM each year. They are residents of Brennanstown who give of their time voluntarily.

The OMC is responsible for maintaining common areas, parking enforcement, waste collection, security, collecting management fees and insurance.

If residents have a maintenance or operational issue they should contact the managing agents (not the directors of the OMC) in writing.
