Attempted Car Theft In The Underground Car Park

This morning at approximately 4.30am a resident disturbed two men (late teens / early twenties) trying to break into a car in the underground car park. The Gardaí were notified as were the managing agents (Andersons). Please ensure that your car is locked, do not leave any valuables in your car. The Brennanstown Residents Association formally joined the Neighbourhood Watch scheme last month. We purchased Neighbourhood Watch signs and earlier today we erected them at the entrance to Brennanstown. The Gardaí at Cabinteely patrol the estate on a regular basis. We also have a private security firm patrolling the estate.
