Dear Members and Residents,
The Residents Association committee, management company and gardening contractor (W39) met recently to discuss the grounds keeping in Brennanstown.
In the weeks ahead residents will see some increased planting and general maintenance of the grounds.
Today W39 replaced three damaged trees in Brennanstown Square, between Rochfort House and Mercer House.
The residents association committee asked W39 to add as much colour as possible when considering the plants they choose in the months ahead.
Mulch will be added to flowerbeds and under shrubbery in the next few weeks.
Earlier today new plants were added to the barrels and flowerbeds in the Square. These included Escallonia laevis ‘Gold Ellen’ and Solanum crispum ‘Glasnevin’
We kindly ask children not to play in the flowerbeds, especially the octagonal bed in the centre of the square. It’s important to give new plants and flowed a chance to bed in.
We hope we’ll all be able to enjoy the grounds as the weather impoves and the Covid-19 emergency comes to an end in the not too distant future. Fingers crossed!
Kind regards.
Brennanstown Residents Association Committee
