Dear Members and Residents,

With the weather improving and the Easter weekend almost here, the management company asked us to remind residents that BBQ’s are not permitted on apartment balconies or on decks of duplex units.

Any BBQ’s will be reported by the management company to the fire warden and to the landlord where appropriate.
