Dear Members and Residents,

We’d like to remind residents that BBQ’s are not permitted on apartment balconies or on decks of duplex units.

They are a serious fire risk.

The result of a balcony fire in an apartment complex (Dublin Fire Brigade)

Any BBQ’s will be reported by the management company to the fire warden and to the landlord where appropriate.
