The managing agents (Andersons) have asked the residents association to share the following notice.

Dear Owners,
We have received a number of calls and emails regarding children playing unsupervised in Brennanstown. In particular a number have been using the Apartment blocks as a playground area with Carleton House being a favourite . They are running up and down the stairs and playing with the lift which at times is being held on one floor causing residents, especially, the elderly a lot of stress and inconvenience.

We are asking parents to please ensure their children do not play in the common areas of the apartment blocks as it is a danger to them and the residents.

We would also ask all landlords to advise their tenants who have children accordingly.
