Dear Members and Residents,
Notice has been given that the Brennanstown Management Company AGM will take place on Thursday 10th December at 6pm.
All property owners in Brennanstown are entitled to attend the meeting.
At a Management Company AGM the following is usually discussed and voted on.
- Budget for the year ahead
- Management fee to be paid by each owner
- Costs of insurance, gardening, cleaning, waste management etc
- Appointment of directors
Each owner can submit a topic to be discussed at the AGM. This can be sent to Andersons in advance using the form recently sent to each owner with the Meeting Notice.
Anderson Property Management are the managing agents for Brennanstown, they are employed by the Brennanstown Management Company to run Brennanstown on behalf of all of the property owners in Brennanstown.
The Brennanstown Management Company is known as an owners management company (OMC) each property owner is a shareholder in the Brennanstown Management Company. You can find out more about OMC’s here
How to join the online AGM
Due to the pandemic this years AGM will be held on the online meeting platform Zoom.
Below is a step by step guide how to download Zoom and log into the meeting.
Each owner should have received a Meeting Notice from Andersons with details of the AGM.
This letter includes
A meeting ID
Link to the Zoom agm
You can download zoom on to your phone via the links below
Download Zoom to an Android phone or tablet here
Download Zoom to an Apple phone or iPad here
We suggest that you do this well in advance of the meeting. Today!!
Once you’ve downloaded the app you will see this page
Click the Join a Meeting button
Then enter the meeting ID sent to you.
Also enter your name, so the other attendees can see who has joined the meeting.
Enter the meeting Passcode
This is the final screen you will see, the organiser of the meeting will then start the meeting.
You will then be able to see the other people attending the meeting.
You can also log in on the Web.
Just type www.zoom.us into your search engine (Google, Explorer etc) on your computer.
Click the JOIN A MEETING button at the top right of the screen.
Enter the meeting ID
Enter the password
The meeting will then start.
Andersons have made the Brennanstown Management Company Directors Report (2019) and 2019 AGM Minutes available to download on MyBlockman*.
The 2019 Directors Report will be discussed at the upcoming AGM.
The 2021 budget is available by requesting it from Andersons. To request a copy, email firstname.lastname@example.org

It’s important that owners attend the AGM and have a say on the future direction of Brennanstown.
If you are unable to attend the AGM you can nominate someone else to attend in your absence, this is know as a “proxy”. Fill out the proxy form (sent with the meeting notice) and return it to Andersons ASAP.
