Dear Members and Residents,

Earlier this week the residents association contacted the managing agents and requested that the beds, bicycles, office chairs and other “stuff” dumped in the bin sheds over Christmas be removed.

On Wednesday a contractor was hired to remove the items. Thorntons will not remove non domestic waste.

This morning we found that someone has dumped a mattress in the bin shed at the end of the avenue.

A contractor will have to be employed by the managing agents, again, to remove this too.

We’re all paying for these items to be removed.

Enough is enough!!

Have some respect for your neighbours.

Bring your beds, bicycles and other stuff to the dump.

Stop using the bin sheds as a dump!
