Dear Members and Residents,

In recent days the large set of goalposts at the front of the estate has been vandalised a number of times. Most recently this afternoon after 2pm. The damage caused today is beyond repair.

Underground Car Park

Groups of teenagers have taken to hanging out in the underground car park. This is extremely dangerous and not permitted under the house rules. Please stay out of the underground car park.

Picnic Tables

We kindly ask that residents don’t use the picnic tables after dark. People have been congregating at the tables late into the night and early hours of the morning. This is disturbing residents nearby.
