Dear Members and Residents,

2021 has been another challenging year for all of us.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for looking out for each other and supporting the residents association in 2021.

Over the Christmas and New year we’d ask residents to keep a few things in mind….

Many residents will have visitors in the coming days, we kindly ask that residents use their assigned parking space, there are plenty of additional spaces available in the underground car park. Please keep the visitor spaces on Brennanstown Square and Brennanstown Avenue free for visitors.

Please keep the bin sheds clean and put rubbish in the green or red bins provided, don’t leave rubbish on the floor as it attracts rodents.

Glass bottles can be disposed of in the two large bottle banks located in the underground car park.

At this time of year burglaries are on the rise.

– Lock all windows and doors
– Keep alarms on even when your only out for a short period
– Inform a trusted neighbour if you are going away for a few days
– Use timers or smart lights.

Finally the residents association AGM will be held in the new year and we ask residents to consider joining the committee. We’ll share details in the next few weeks.

The committee would like to wish all our neighbours and friends a very Happy Christmas and a safe & peaceful New Year.
