Dear Members and Residents,

The Residents Association have just been informed of an incident that took place on Thursday evening.

Thursday evening, 19:15, three males wearing dark clothing, black hoodies with hoods up & ‘covid’ face coverings prowling in the gardens between Mercer House and the next block over.
Spotted & challenged from first floor balcony. Reply was that they were going for a leak. They were impolitely told to leave straight away. Not residents, no reason for them to be there.
Reminder to all to ensure doors are locked & alarms are set.
Gardaí Cabinteely notified.

If you see anything suspicious call the Gardaí immediately and notify the residents association.
