We are pleased to invite you (and your family) to attend the Resident’s Summer BBQ on Saturday 17th June 2023 from 3.00 pm to 8 pm! Food will be served from 4 pm to 5 pm.
We will have fun games for the children including a penalty shootout, balloons, bubbles etc.
This is the main social event of the year for Brennanstown residents so we would encourage you to come to meet and chat with your neighbours in this informal setting in Brennanstown Square.
The BBQ is open to all – whether you are a paid-up member of the Residents Association or not. (But note that paid up members get a discount on the BBQ tickets! So, if you haven’t paid your 2023 Residents Association subscription of €25 yet, please do so as soon as possible. )
Tickets: Paid-up adult members: €15. Children: €6.
Non-members: Adults: €18.50. Children (under 12): €6.50.
Tickets must be purchased by Thursday 15th June, 2023 but please book early so that we can let the caterer know the numbers attending.
Wrist bands will be issued to all participants to order food etc.

Beef Burger with the option of Cheese on top with Bun
Cajun Chicken Fillet
Chickpea Vegetarian Burger
Traditional Coleslaw
Potato Salad
Kids Menu Mini Beef Burger or Mini Chicken Burger with relish
Please feel free to bring your own drinks. Alcohol is permitted. The RA will provide disposable cups.
Soft drinks, sweets and snacks will also be included.
Booking forms have been issued to each home. This includes details of the methods of payment.
In case you mislay the form, you can send your details and payment to our Treasurer, Maria Boylan at 17 Brennanstown Avenue.
Tickets will be issued on the day of the BBQ. No refunds available. In order for the BBQ to proceed, we need to meet minimum numbers.
