Thank you to those residents who attended the recent AGM.
Will be shing the minutes of the AGM shortly.

A new committee was elected at the recent AGM and is actively planning for the year ahead.

Committee members are volunteers and work on behalf of all residents to ensure that
Brennanstown remains a beautiful and safe place to live.

The aims of the Association are:
a) To protect, maintain and improve conditions and amenities in the area for the benefit of
members and their families.
b) To encourage community and social interaction for the benefit of members and their
families.
c) To improve communication between neighbours.

Your annual subscription is vital to the residents’ association’s success. In 2025 your
subscription helped fund the following…
● Plants, flowers and equipment for our regular clean up
● The residents association website
● Summer BBQ & monthly coffee meet-ups
● Public liability insurance

The subscription per household is €25 per annum. It has not increased since the association was established 8 years ago.

28% of households contributed to the association in 2025.

Every contribution is vital to the success of the residents’ association.
