An Update On Grounds Keeping In Brennanstown

Over the last few weeks the gardens in Brennanstown have really come to life, with plenty of colour and foliage.

The residents association committee have been working closely with the gardening contractors (W39) and Andersons to enhance the grounds.

The last few weeks have been busy…

Mulch has been added to the beds in the centre of Brennanstown Square.

Additional flowers have been added to the flowerbeds around the estate.

Mulch has been added to the flowerbeds at the entrance to each of the apartment blocks.

The planting at the stairs to the underground car park has been cleaned up and fresh gravel added.

Gravel has also been laid in Brennanstown Court.

The beds either side of the ramp at Cabinteely Stream were tidied and mulch added by the RA Committee.

We also cleaned the beds either side of the entrance to Brennanstown and added 3 tonnes of mulch.

The team at W39 will be trimming the hedges / bushes throughout the estate over the next few weeks.

We’ve been made aware of several trees and plants that have been damaged recently. We kindly ask that younger residents take care when playing ball games and don’t play in the flowerbeds.

There has been a significant increase in litter around the estate, including crisp bags, sweet wrappers and beer cans. Please help us keep Brennanstown beautiful and take litter home.

There won’t be a Residents Association clean up day in August, but we’ll be back on the first Saturday in September.
