Dear Resident,
The Brennanstown Residents Association is one year old, we’ve been very busy and achieved a lot in the last twelve months.
We’ve organised several successful events including a summer BBQ and Bake Off, installed the “Little Library”, joined the Neighbourhood Watch scheme and worked with DLRCC to upgrade the street lights and rebuild the ramps.
We’ve much more planned for the residents association in 2020!
None of this is possible without the support of each and every resident of Brennanstown. The association is open to ALL residents of Brennanstown, both owners and tenants.
Membership of the Brennanstown Residents Association is €20 per household and each contribution is vital to the success of the association.
The annual subscription is used to support a variety of activities including
Social events including summer BBQ, Christmas Mince Pies & Mulled Wine
Public Liability Insurance
Monthly Clean Up, equipment and plants
Room Hire for meetings (Neighbourhood Watch & AGM)
The RA website, printing of posters and flyers
There are a number of ways to make a payment to the Residents Association.
Cash or Cheque
Drop cash or a cheque (in a sealed envelope) to Leo Kearns, RA Secretary, 39 Brennanstown Avenue.
Cheques should be made payable to Brennanstown Residents Association. Please include your Name, Address and Phone Number on the envelope.
