Dear Members and Residents,

At the request of the Residents Association extra recycling bins have been added to bin sheds 3 and 4.

Bin sheds 3 and 4 are much larger than 1 and 2 and can accommodate more green and red bins.

We would encourage residents to use these bins sheds when possible.

Residents of Brennanstown Court should use bin shed 2. Please don’t use bin shed 1.

Please don’t leave bags of rubbish on the floor of the bin sheds, doing so attracts vermin.

If using the bottle recycling bins in the underground car park please don’t dump boxes there. Boxes should be disposed of in the green recycling bins in the bin sheds.

We appreciate your efforts to keep the bin sheds tidy.

We’ll continue to monitor the bins and ask the management company to make additional changes if necessary.
