New Plants, Flowers And A Hedge Trim!

Dear Members and Residents,

The committee members took the opportunity during the good weather this morning to do some socially distanced planting and tidying up.

We removed the brambles and ivy from the stonework and railings on the bridge.

We also cut back the hedge, its was getting a bit wild.

The stonework and the railings is a nice feature but had been hidden for quite some time and is now visible.

The committee also planted a number of hydrangea and bedding plants in the two beds at the entrance to the estate. These should add a wonderful splash of colour in the summer.

The dlr parks dept planted 23 Pin Oak trees in the parkland in between the apartments and the stream this week. We watered all 23 trees this morning.

It was a very productive and enjoyable morning.

We’d like to thank the residents that have paid their subscription fees for 2021, your subscriptions help pay for the plants and flowers, our tools and watering cans that we use.

Kind regards,

Brennanstown Residents Association Committee
