Storm Barra Safety Advice

Dear Members and Residents,

Storm Barra will bring disruptive weather to Ireland on Tuesday and Wednesday, with impacts from severe, damaging winds as well as heavy rain.

We are asking everyone to look out for their older neighbours and friends as Storm Barra comes in tomorrow.

We want to remind you of and ensure you have these items in place:

•Have a torch with working batteries at hand if there is no electricity
•A warm blanket if the heating goes off
•Ensure your mobile/landline phone is fully charged
•A flask of hot tea or soup prepared
•Have your medication to hand in case of no lights
•A few local emergency numbers at hand in case they are needed.
