Since the Brennanstown Residents Association was established in 2019, we have worked to maintain and enhance the quality of life in our community. We are very proud of Brennanstown and our volunteers work on behalf of all residents to ensure that the area continues as a beautiful and safe place to live.
The Aims of the Association are:
a) To protect, maintain and improve conditions and amenities in the area for the benefit of members and their families.
b) To encourage community and social interaction for the benefit of members and their families.
c) To improve communication between neighbours.
Your annual subscription is vital to the success of the residents association and in turn, you, the residents living in the development.
In 2021 your subscription helped fund the following…
● Two picnic tables located in the Square
● Plants, paint and equipment for our regular clean up
● The residents association website
● Summer BBQ (this years BBQ will take place on Saturday June 18th)
The subscription per household is €25 per annum. The membership year runs from 1st February to 31st January. The subscription was approved by the members at the AGM on January 25th 2022.

Cheques should be made payable to Brennanstown Residents Association.
