Dear Members and Residents,

Thank you to those residents that have paid the Residents Association annual subscription to date.

66 households (of 230) have joined the residents association so far this year.

Your annual subscription is vital to the success of the residents association and in turn, you, the residents living in the development.

In 2021 your subscription helped fund the following…
● Two picnic tables located in the Square
● Plants, paint and equipment for our regular clean up
● The residents association website
● Summer BBQ (this years BBQ will take place on Saturday June 18th)
● Insurance

The subscription per household is €25 per annum. The membership year runs from 1st February to 31st January. The subscription was approved by the members at the AGM on January 25th 2022.
