Dear Members and Residents,

Our next community clean up will take place this Saturday at 10am.

This is the most important clean up of the year, we will be putting mulch on the flowerbeds at the entrance to the estate and the beds either side of the ramp at the little library.

If you can spare just an hour on Saturday morning we’d really appreciate your help.

Tidy Districts Competition 2022

This year Brennanstown will for the first time be participating in the dlr Tidy Districts Competition.

The Tidy Districts environmental awareness programme offers Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council an opportunity to recognise and reward the voluntary efforts of residents’ associations, tidy district and tidy town groups to enhance their local environment.

Brennanstown has been entered into the Best Housing Estate / Apartment complex (201-500 dwellings)

Judging will take place in June or July 2022 as an unannounced visit from the competition judges.

The whole estate will be judged, this includes overall appearance of decks and balconies, landscaping, signs of litter, weeding, path cleaning and sweeping etc

We need everyone’s help to keep Brennanstown beautiful this summer.

A mini clean up will take place every Saturday at 9am for an hour starting Saturday 12th June for eight weeks.

The residents association committee members will be out each week if you are able to help out please join us.
